Rareo mystery boxes are an entertainment product with randomized outcomes. They should be purchased for fun, with money you can afford to spend on entertainment — never as a way to make money, recover past spending, or acquire watches below market price. On average, the estimated market value of the watch you receive is less than the price of the box.

Transparency

  • Tier odds are published on every box page before purchase and are fixed at purchase time.
  • Watches within a tier are selected by fixed weights and are not equally likely — the exact probability of receiving every watch is published on each box's Full Item Odds page.
  • Your outcomes are logged in your personal audit history and can be independently verified against recorded seeds.
  • Odds do not change based on inventory, spending, or user behavior.

User Protection

  • You must be 18 or older, and purchases are not available in restricted states.
  • Key terms and odds are displayed before every purchase.
  • Automated velocity checks can pause rapid, repeated purchasing.
  • On request, we will apply voluntary spending limits, cool-down periods, or permanent self-exclusion to your account. Email rareo.support@gmail.com — self-exclusion requests are honored promptly and cannot be reversed for the period you choose.

Warning Signs

  • Spending more than you planned, or money needed for essentials.
  • Buying boxes to "win back" the value of earlier purchases.
  • Hiding purchases from family or feeling anxious about your spending.
