Service Providers

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the platform: authentication providers (for sign-in), payment processors (Apple Pay transactions are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full payment card numbers), shipping carriers (name, address, and phone number for delivery), hosting/infrastructure providers, and advertising measurement partners (TikTok, for ad attribution via their pixel). Each provider is bound to use your data only to provide its service.

Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, dispute, and legal compliance purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing rareo.support@gmail.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we hold and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We honor verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law.

State Privacy Rights

If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and others), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you and receive a portable copy; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share email, phone, or account identifiers with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising matching. We may still send non-identified website and purchase event signals (without your email or phone) to advertising measurement partners for attribution. We treat browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to disable those advertising technologies, and we honor GPC unconditionally. When GPC is enabled, we do not load the TikTok pixel or send TikTok Events API traffic. To exercise any right, email rareo.support@gmail.com; we will verify your request using your account email. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits, and if we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision. California residents: the categories of information we collect and our purposes are described above; we retain each category for the periods described under Data Retention.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at rareo.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Children

Rareo is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we delete any such data we discover.
